For over 20 years, Little Wonders Learning Center has been a place where children are welcomed, nurtured, and inspired to grow. Since opening our doors in 2006, we have proudly served families by creating a safe and supportive environment where every child feels valued and understood.
We believe that each child is unique, with their own strengths, personality, and pace of learning. Our integrative approach combines structured education with guided play, helping children ages 1–12 develop socially, academically, and emotionally in a way that feels natural and exciting.
At Little Wonders, we don’t just focus on education — we focus on building confidence. We help children develop a positive self-image, grow in independence, and learn how to build warm, trusting relationships with others. Through daily interaction and hands-on learning, children develop fine and gross motor skills, practice sharing and cooperation, and discover that learning can be both fun and empowering.
Our commitment extends beyond the children. We believe great teachers create great experiences. That’s why we recognize and support our educators, all of whom are bilingual and certified in Level 2 state-mandated training. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do.
After two decades of serving our community, we remain passionate about giving every child the strong foundation they deserve — because when little wonders are nurtured, big futures begin.

Our preschool program offers high-quality early education led by caring, dedicated teachers who are passionate about helping children thrive. Throughout the school year, we provide engaging activities that support the development of the whole child, while preparing them for kindergarten with take-home assignments and daily progress updates for parents.
We also offer after-school pick-up and care from Twin Lakes Elementary and Egypt Lake Elementary. In our after-school program, children enjoy a PM snack, dedicated homework time, and fun, structured activities—including outdoor play—to unwind and recharge.
Little Wonders Learning Center is open year-round and proudly offers a summer camp program filled with exciting, educational activities and enriching field trips. Contact us to learn more about summer registration dates and availability!
At Little Wonders Learning Center, we believe proper nutrition plays an essential role in a child’s growth and development. We proudly participate in the Child Care Food Program (CCFP), which promotes healthy eating habits and supports lifelong wellness.
The CCFP was established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is administered in Florida by the Department of Health, Bureau of Child Nutrition Programs. Through this program, we ensure that children receive balanced, nutritious meals that help fuel both learning and play.
The most important growth and development in a child’s life occurs from birth through age five—these are the foundational learning years. Little Wonders Learning Center is proud to offer Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Program, aligned with the standards set by the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County (ELCH) to ensure your child is fully prepared for kindergarten success.
To participate in the Florida VPK Program, children must be four years old on or before September 1 of the current school year.
Why Choose Us?
Our VPK program offers enriching experiences that truly set us apart. Families receive three face-to-face progress evaluations with our Director, Jenny Tyson, aligned with Pre, Mid, and Post VPK assessments. The Pre evaluation reviews your child’s starting academic level, the Mid evaluation highlights growth and areas for improvement, and the Post evaluation provides a comprehensive overview to ensure kindergarten readiness.
We also make the year memorable and exciting for our VPK students. Lunch is provided daily, and we celebrate their achievements with a graduation ceremony at Pump It Up featuring pizza, cake, awards, goodie bags, and plenty of fun. Students receive “Class of” shirts, participate in Friday Spirit Day, and take home a commemorative class picture to remember their special year.
Your child’s safety is our top priority. We provide a secure, nurturing space where children feel protected, supported, and cared for every day.
Our programs combine fun and education through structured, age-appropriate activities. We create routines that help children build confidence, focus, and essential early learning skills.
We encourage children to explore, collaborate, and grow at their own pace. Through guided play and interaction, they develop strong social skills and emotional confidence.
Every child is unique, and we honor their individual strengths and needs. Our teachers provide personalized guidance to help each child reach their fullest potential.
